TODAY’S LOCAL WEATHER FORECAST FOR MONTSERRAT VALID UP TO 8 AM FRIDAY APRIL 20TH, 2018

SYNOPSIS: A relatively dry and stable air mass across the area will inhibit the chance of any significant shower activity today. However, a fresh to moderate breeze can be expected and low level moisture caught in this flow could trigger some quick passing showers. Tonight, a weak trough will move into the area and could possibly generate some weak unstable weather conditions increasing the chance for shower activity.

WEATHER TODAY: Partly sunny with a 20 percent or slight chance of showers.

WEATHER TONIGHT: Partly cloudy to cloudy with a 50 percent or moderate chance of showers.

Winds: Easterly with speeds ranging between 19 to 33 km/h or 10 to 18 knots.

SEAS: Moderate with possible wave heights and swells reaching 1.5 to 2.1 meters or 5-7 feet. Small operators and sea bathers should continue to exercise caution.

SUNSET TODAY: 6:26 pm. SUNRISE TOMORROW: 5:51 am.
