HERE’S TODAY’S LOCAL WEATHER FOR MONTSERRAT VALID UP TO 8 AM FRIDAY MAY 17TH, 2018

SYNOPSIS: Patches of low-level clouds embedded within a moderate to fresh windflow will generate brief periods of increased cloudiness around the Leewards and BVI during the next 24 hours.

WEATHER TODAY: Partly cloudy to locally cloudy with a 50 percent or moderate chance of brief showers

WEATHER TONIGHT: Partly cloudy to locally cloudy with a 60 percent of moderate chance of brief showers.

WINDS: East-northeasterly at an average speed between 22-26km/h or 11-14 knots occasionally reaching 31km/h or 17 knots over coastal waters and elevated terrain gusting higher in some showers.

SEAS: Moderate with significant wave heights between 1.5-2.1 meters or 5-7 feet. Small craft advisory remains in effect.
