TROPICAL STORM JERRY REMAINS A THREAT TO THE NORTH EASTERN CARIBBEAN, BUT PERHAPS SLIGHTLY REDUCED, AS THE SYSTEM CONTINUES TO MOVE WEST-NORTHWEST AT AN INCREASED SPEED OF 14 MPH, IN HARMONY WITH THE FORECAST, WHICH HAS IT LIKELY PASSING ABOUT 100 MILES NORTH OF BARBUDA. WINDS ARE AT 50 MPH.
