Winds: Moderate to strong easterly winds with wind speeds ranging from 15 to 23 knots!

A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect against rough seas mainly for the waters east and north of the islands

Winds: Fresh to Near Gale force easterly winds at first; with wind speeds ranging from 19 to 28 knots and in the evening moderate to strong easterly winds ranging from 15 to 22 knots!
