Before heading to a shelter, remember:
? No pets are allowed at emergency shelters.
? Bring enough essential supplies, including medications, important documents, clothing, water, and personal hygiene items, to last at least three (3) days.

If you are unsure whether your home is structurally safe, evacuate early to the nearest emergency shelter or stay with friends or family in a safe location.
