
Bulletin No. 48 on La Soufriere Volcano in St Vincent & the Grenadines issued by the National Emergency Management Organisation, NEMO on Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at 6 PM.
The Volcano Monitoring Network continued to record small earthquakes associated with the growth of the lava dome. There were also several small Volcano-Tectonic (VT) earthquakes located beneath the volcano.

The alert level remains at Orange. The National Emergency Management Organisation is reminding the public that no evacuation order or notice has been issued.

According to the Ministry of Health and Social Services, there are no active coronavirus disease (COVID-19) cases on Montserrat; as the lone remaining active case of COVID-19 has now made a full recovery.
The Ministry has also confirmed that there are presently no suspected cases under investigation; with this week being the fourth week with no new confirmed cases.
